About Diane Erdmann

Diane Erdmann has over thirty years experience working with breastfeeding moms and babies. She is a registered nurse with a Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing. Diane became certified as a Lactation Consultant in 1990 through the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners. Diane worked in one of Omaha's largest OB hospital departments for twenty years and then was a Maternal Child Home Health Nurse for ten years. While doing home visits, she worked with premature infants after discharge from the NICU, jaundiced babies on phototherapy and full term babies with breastfeeding issues. When Lakeside Hospital opened in 2004, she became the Lactation Consultant for them and also Midland Hospital until starting Breastfeeding Support & Supplies in 2008.
